Implant-retained overdentures replace multiple teeth at once. Composite Fillings
Tooth-colored fillings, also known as composite fillings, can restore your smile’s appearance and function. The composite resin not only prevents further decay but also evens out your tooth’s surface to make biting and chewing easier. The best part is composite fillings can be colored to perfectly match your natural teeth!
Same-Day Inlays and Onlays
If more than half of your tooth’s biting surface has damage due to decay, Dr. Kneib may use an inlay or onlay to restore it to full function. They are often called partial crowns and placed directly into the natural tooth. It not only restores the natural tooth’s shape but also helps strengthen and protect it from further damage.
An inlay is similar to a dental filling– its job is to become the hollows of the tooth and the space between the cusp of the tooth. The tooth cusp is a hard, raised part of your teeth responsible for chewing. The inlay can be placed right on the tooth if the tooth cusp isn’t damaged or the damage hasn’t extended past the tooth’s center.
An onlay is similar to a dental crown as it fits on top of a damaged tooth to restore functionality. Unlike crowns, onlays don’t cover the entire surface of the tooth, but rather cover a large portion of the tooth’s surface. It protects the inner area of the tooth from further decay.
CEREC Same-Day Crowns
CEREC (Chairside Economical Restoration of Esthetic Ceramics) is a combination scanning and milling machine that can create a dental restoration in a single day. It’s performed through the use of 3D technology.
Dr. Kneib uses an intraoral camera created by Sirona Dental Systems, which allows him to take digital 3D models of your entire mouth quickly and easily. The CEREC machine makes your new tooth cover from the model of your tooth for a perfect fit.
When your dental crown is ready, your Broadway dentist will ensure the dental crown matches the color of your teeth. He’ll then place the crown over the targeted tooth using dental adhesive. You’ll be ready to showcase your smile to the world after crown placement and any adjustments needed.
Full and Partial Dentures
Dentures are always a good option for replacing missing teeth. At Broadway Dental, our dentist offers dentures to perfectly fit your needs without the need for invasive surgeries. Partial dentures allow patients to replace smaller sections of missing teeth, whereas full dentures are designed to replace full arches of missing teeth. Both options are simple and low-maintenance ways to restore your smile’s function and appearance.

The combination of at-home and in-office care will not only preserve the longevity of your restoration but will also help prevent further tooth decay.
Unlike traditional methods that can take weeks to complete, CEREC same-day crowns only take one appointment lasting two to three hours. You’ll have some free time while the CEREC machine mills your new crown, so you may want to bring something to do. You’ll leave our Broadway office with your new, permanent dental restoration at the end of your appointment!
